License Agreement

This License Agreement governs the use of all digital products provided by Sylvair Development.

By purchasing, downloading or using any resource from this webstore, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

1. License Grant

Upon successful purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product on a single FiveM server owned or operated by you.

This license allows you to install and use the resource for your server environment but does not transfer ownership of the product.

2. Ownership

All products sold by Sylvair Development remain the intellectual property of Sylvair Development. Purchasing a product grants usage rights only and does not grant ownership of the source code.

3. Restrictions

You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Reselling the resource

  • Sharing the resource with third parties

  • Redistributing the files publicly or privately

  • Uploading the resource to leak or piracy websites

  • Claiming the resource as your own work

4. Modifications

You may modify the resource for personal server use only. Modified versions of the product may not be distributed, shared or sold.

5. License Violations

Violation of this license may result in:

  • Permanent revocation of access

  • Removal of download access

  • Blacklisting from future purchases and support

6. Termination

Sylvair Development reserves the right to terminate licenses that violate these terms.

7. Agreement

By purchasing or downloading any resource from Sylvair Development, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this License Agreement.
