All products sold by Sylvair Development are digital goods. By completing a purchase on this webstore, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund policy.

1. Digital Product Policy

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are considered final once the product has been delivered or download access has been granted.

For this reason, refunds are generally not provided.

2. Before Purchasing

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, requirements and compatibility before completing a purchase.

If you are unsure whether a product will work with your server setup, please contact us through our Discord support server before purchasing.

3. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Duplicate purchases of the same product

• Technical issues that make the product completely unusable and cannot be resolved

All refund requests are reviewed individually and remain at the sole discretion of Sylvair Development.

4. Chargebacks

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team is considered a violation of this policy.

Accounts involved in fraudulent chargebacks may have their access permanently revoked and may be blacklisted from future purchases.
